Midi-Mods are LIMITED EDITION sculpture. Each piece bears the signature of the artist. Please be aware that all models and colors may not be available.

Refund policy

We have a no refund policy. Though we do accept returns in exchange for a different model on unopened and unused fountains. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection for damage of returned fountain, a different model of the customer's choosing (if available) will be shipped at no cost. Unfortunately, once a fountain has water run through it we can no longer accept it as a return.  We do not accept returns on basins or bowls.

We are always happy and available to help with setup and installation questions, i.e., adjusting water flow, leveling, etc.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
